4 Naan bread
Almond-Lemon:
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp almond extract
2 tsp honey, plus more for drizzling
Zest from one organic lemon
½ cup frozen fresh Wild Blueberries
2 Tbsp. sliced almonds
Vanilla Cinnamon:
½ tsp vanilla extract
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tsp honey, plus more for drizzling
½ cup Wild Blueberries
2 Tbsp. chopped roasted pistachios
Heat oven to 425. Add the cream cheese to two small bowls and mix in flavorings. Stir until well blended. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place naan bread onto parchment. Using a knife, spread the cream cheese evenly onto each naan bread. Top with Wild Blueberries and then sprinkle on nuts. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and drizzle with honey. Serve warm.
