1 cup Frozen wild blueberries
½ rip banana
½ t lemon zest
1 cup oat milk
¼ rolled oats
1 tsp honey
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup ricotta cheese, whipped or cleaded
2 graham crackers
½ t cinnamon

Combine the blueberries, vanana, milk, oats and vanilla in a blender and pulse until smooth. Combine ricotta w/ lemon zest. On a small plate place the crushed graham crackers and cinnamon. Line the glass rim in honey, then dip it in the crackers and top with whipped ricotta. Sprinkle with additional crackers.
