Cleveland Clinic’s Top 10 Fruits

Heart disease is the leading cause of death in American women, and the Cleveland Clinic wants to make it easier to make smart, healthful choices that will benefit heart health. They’ve listed their Top 10 Fruits for a healthy heart. Topping the list: berries, berries, berries, starting with blue. (They also remind us that frozen is just as nutritious as fresh!)
