Saturday, August 2: Heat Meats Flavor: Lunch with Maine Gravy – Watch a live cooking demo and enjoy a delicious lunch while learning how Dick Chase uses wild
blueberries and local ingredients in his small-batch fermented hot sauces.
Sunday, August 3: Perfectly Paired: A Wild Blueberry Sip & Style Experience – Maple and Honey Boards will guide you in styling a wild blueberry-themed charcuterie board with Maine-made products. It’s like a paint-and-sip, but tastier!
