1 cup frozen Wild Blueberries
1 banana (frozen, if desired)
½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp. blueberry flavored ground flaxseed (if you can’t find it, use plain)
2-4 oz unsweetened coconut milk beverage (or your favorite milk)
- Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
