1 cup frozen Wild Blueberries
1 packed cup spinach
10-12 mint leaves
2 Tbsp lime juice
2/3 cup lite coconut milk
1/2 Tbsp maple syrup, if desired
Optional Toppings:
sliced banana
raspberries
additional frozen Wild Blueberries
- Place all ingredients in blender. Use spatula to scrape sides of blender to ensure all greens are blended.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into glass; garnish if desired.
- Serve immediately.
