1/2 cup frozen Wild Blueberries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 avocado
1/8 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
4 coconut milk ice cubes (recipe here) or milk of your choice
Optional Toppings:
fresh fruit
cocoa nibs
chia seeds
bee pollen
- Place bowl in the freezer to chill.
- Add all of the ingredients to the pitcher of a blender and mix until smooth.
- Pour mixture into the frozen bowl; garnish with toppings of your choice.
- Serve immediately.
