¾ cup Frozen wild blueberries
⅓ medium banana
1 cup (8oz) unsweetened almond milk
1 handful of spinach
1 scoop plant-based protein powder (chocolate)
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
2 brazil nuts (raw, unsalted)
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend, adding (sp) almond milk as needed to achieve desired consistency.
