Purée apple sauce, Wild Blueberries (save one tablespoon for garnish), plain yogurt, cinnamon, vanilla and sugar in a blender. If mixture is too thick, add a little milk. Pour into 4 glasses. Carefully top with vanilla yogurt, reserved Wild Blueberries and mint leaf. Serves 4.
